My Journey

Hey, I’m Seth Haymes — and I know exactly what it feels like to work hard and still wonder if it’ll ever be enough.

I started out with what most people would call a dream career — I was an engineer in the energy sector. Then I went on to build traditional businesses in real estate, construction, and consulting. I did everything “right.”

But no matter how successful things looked from the outside, I was still trading time for money… and missing the moments that mattered most at home.

Why I Can Relate

I’ve always believed in working hard. But I’ve learned that if your work doesn’t compound — financially or personally — it’s just a treadmill with a nicer view.
